Of counsel in Rottenberg Lipman Rich’s real estate group, Larry has spent more than 35 years practicing real estate and business law in New York. He is a commercial real estate attorney with substantial experience in office, retail and industrial leasing, development work, acquisitions and sales, and financing.
Larry began his legal career with Hartman & Craven LLP, where he led the real estate group from 1986 through 1996. He then went on to co-found Koffler & Rose LLP, the predecessor to Rose Law Associates PLLC, providing clients with efficient and effective commercial real estate counsel.
Larry graduated with a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Brown University in Providence, RI. He went on to receive his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, MO in 1981, where he was the Topics Editor on the Law Quarterly. Larry is a member of the New York State Bar Association, serving on the Commercial Leasing Subcommittee of the Real Property Law Committee.
An avid tennis player, Larry was co-captain of the Brown varsity tennis team and served on the Board of Directors of the New York Junior Tennis and Learning (NYJTL) for many years. NYJTL is a non-profit organization providing free, afterschool tennis lessons, tutoring and college prep training to more than 100,000 children throughout New York City’s five boroughs. Larry is now involved in several non-profits based in Park City, Utah, including the local public radio station, and many arts and conservation organizations.
