Since joining Rottenberg Lipman Rich eight years ago from Baker Hostetler, Zack has successfully resolved dozens of commercial, employment, and construction disputes and shepherded lucrative mergers and acquisitions through difficult obstacles to successful closings. Zack’s astute, practical advice is highly sought after by clients, and his ability to think outside the box, across a wide variety of subject matter, has proved time and again to be a game-changing asset.

In the past year alone, Zack won both a multi-million dollar partnership dispute and a trade secret lawsuit; defeated enforcement of a major financial firm’s non-compete; closed complex acquisitions of communications, technology, furniture, and fitness companies and franchises; and favorably resolved a difficult and longstanding case less than three weeks after taking it over from another firm. Zack also negotiated numerous employment agreements, consulting agreements, operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements, master services agreements, and even a surrogacy agreement.

Zack received his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Columbia University in 2009, where he created and became the first to graduate from its accelerated Bachelor’s-Master’s program, and received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012.
