RLR attorneys, Charles Rich, the head of the real estate practice and Larry Rose, of counsel, successfully represented Nationwide Management Corp in a lease for approximately 5,800 square feet of retail space at 625 West 55^th Street for the first Manhattan branch of “Real Life Ninja Academy” as announced in “Real Estate Weekly.”

Negotiations for the lease began in early February 2020 but were stalled initially due to the onset of Covid-19. After extensive negotiations and utilizing various creative Covid-19 contingencies the RLR team successfully brought the transaction to a lease signing in early June 2020 with an expectation of a fall 2020 opening.
